About the Item

Late 20th century hand hammered copper panel of Samson slaying a Philistine signed and dated. Inspired by the famous marble sculpture by Giambologna of Samson who used a jawbone of an ass to slay one of the Philistines who have taunted him. It is in good condition, polished copper with a few scratches it is a nice piece of copper art.
