English fairground panel We share what we love, and we love this very well carved turn off the century fairground rounders panel/frieze, depicting a screaming grotesque being, attributed to Orton Spooner. Size of inches: H 22” x W 14” x D 3” Condition: Aged Origin: United Kingdom Age: 1900 Completely solid in structure and form, Natural aging across all surfaces. The piece has its original paint that has gained a wonderful patina and typical crocodile craquelure, a small section has been restored/replaced (apparent from the back) and colour matched.
