This stunning ceramic tile mural is a vivid testament to the rich artisanal heritage of Andalusia, Spain. Composed of twelve hand-painted tiles, the artwork presents a lush and detailed floral bouquet in full bloom, surrounded by an ornate green scrollwork border. Each petal, leaf, and flower is painted with exquisite attention to color and movement, capturing the vibrancy and elegance typical of traditional Sevillian ceramic art.
The piece is signed "Sevillarte", a well-known ceramic studio based in Seville, a city with a centuries-old reputation for masterful tilework, or azulejos. Sevillarte is recognized for continuing the legacy of Moorish and Renaissance ceramic techniques, infused with a 20th-century artistic sensibility. The work is also signed by the artist H. Carol C., adding a personal touch to an already unique piece.
The mural is set in a custom wrought-iron frame, hand-forged to complement the oval composition, and ready to mount on any wall. This robust frame is both decorative and functional, lending weight and presence to the ensemble.
