A stunning pair of 19th Century Chinese wall silk panels. Richly embroidered incorporating the classic Qing Dynasty motif of the imperial five clawed dragon, the symbol of power and authority. Depicted here emerging from a stylised cloud background, set against a vibrant egg yolk yellow and azure blue silk. Showing remarkable embroidery, recently re-stretched and framed in complimentary bamboo frames.
