A beautiful and most decorative pair of Japanese 19th century Imari porcelain plates. Each circular plate displays striking finely detailed scrolled foliate designs with flowers in an urn at the center in the traditional red and blue colors with gilt accents. Each plate is secured by its original metal frame with lovely and most charming foliate rosettes which allow for the plates to be hung on a wall.
