Robert J. Wirth (1929-2007) was a teacher at MICA ( Maryland Institute College of Art), the prestigious art school in Baltimore. His art was displayed at the old Peale Museum, the Baltimore Museum of Art and at MICA.
He was the Baltimore Museum of Art’s curator of art education in the mid-1950s before he moved to MICA initially as a night school drawing instructor before he later taught graphic design and the aesthetic principles of print.
