Exquisite and very refined male portrait of a young nobleman, meticulously executed in graphite, dated between the late 19th century and early 20th century.
The work presents the portrait of a young man, of unknown identity, who appears slightly turned to the right in a three-quarter pose, providing dynamism and depth to the composition. The character, with an elegant and serene bearing, wears a black high-necked outfit, following the fashion prevailing in the last decades of the 19th century. The drawing is delicately framed in a small oval paper frame, which highlights the delicacy of the stroke. In turn, the whole is protected by a gilded wooden frame, richly decorated with fine plant details and beautiful rocaille motifs that are distributed in the corners, highlighting the edges of wavy lines, which gives the whole a feeling of sophistication and visual harmony.
