About the Item
Beautifully rendered original pastel of "Dancers Before Rehearsal" by acclaimed American artist Alice Pritchard. Her painterly technique begins with the application of washes of opaque watercolor to cotton rag paper, then layers of pastel to obtain a rich profusion of color and radiance.
Ms. Pritchard died in 2018 and her art is very collectible.
Beautiful custom frame and dimensional mat with interior gold filet.
