His short dark black hair peeks out from under a blue beret. A tall piece, this illustration is on thin blue paper and ready for framing. The piece is created from a series of small thin strokes with pastel. Signed at Bottom C. Seglem. About the artist: This piece is by the late Oklahoma artist and retired Air Force man Clair Seglem. Seglem painted into his 1990s before passing at his Oklahoma residence. He was known for his striking portraits and still life paintings.
