Large original oil on canvas painting of the crucifixion of Christ hanging on the cross, with his Mother Mary and two other female figures. Unframed, just over 4.5' tall. Beautifully executed, unknown artist/no signature. Canvas shows craquelure, old creases, abrasions, minor losses throughout. Retouches and old repairs also seen to protect this very old canvas, circa late 1600's into the 1700's. Canvas may benefit from cleaning which we leave to the discretion of buyer.
