These dogs nearly became extinct after both World War I and World War II and remain a rare breed Jean Beauduin was a painter, draughtsman and illustrator of genre scenes, portraits and landscapes. He received his artistic training at the Academy of Antwerp. He moved to Paris shortly afterward.
