About the Item
An authentic, antique, Belgian oil painting on stretched canvas. It is signed by the artist, O. Waterloos, and dated 1917 in the lower left corner (see photo). It depicts a lovely, old European town, possibly the town of Bruges in Belgium, with a river and a bridge in the foreground and a church/cathedral in the background.
The painting is sold unframed.
In good antique condition. The painting has not been cleaned, I leave that decision up to the new owner. There are no holes or scratches in the stretched canvas. The painting has minor signs of wear consistent with age and wear, especially on and around the edges (see photos).
