ART SIZE: 11 x 6 inches / 27 x 15 cm FRAME SIZE: 12 x 8 inches / 30 x 20 cm SIGNATURE: lower right Alfredo Florez was a Spanish painter known above all for his works with themes related to the Andalusian costumbrista tradition of the 19th century and for his works more influenced by the Orientalist themes common at the time, such as the faces of North African Muslims. This relationship with certain styles that were somewhat "old" for the 20th century was very common in Spain at the time.
