About the Item
This is an antique oil painting with the slightly special motive of an entrance of an old farm, possibly with several wings, giving a glimpse of the life in Scandinavia 100 years ago. A water pump is seen in the foreground. The calm, earthy and golden colours of the painting gives atmosphere of autumn.
The painting is from 1925 and signed "KP" in the bottom left corner (a little below the frame, that can easily be removed). It is framed in a black painted wooden frame with gold details.
The painting is in good condition with wear according to age. Please see the photos.
