The painter Emil Fiala (8.9.1896 Prossnitz - Mähren Czech Republic - Dec. 1960 Vienna) studied at the Viennese Academy by Franz Rumpler, August Eisenmenger, Julius Schmid, Christian Griepenkerl.
He was a member of the Austrian Künstlerbund 1915-1937 and had the membership No. 51.
Emil Fiala participated at many exhibitions from 1911 till 1939.
