Peter Layzell (b1962) studied Fine Art at Coventry University in 1984.
Although current trends favor larger than life canvasses, he was encouraged to work with slightly smaller canvasses, combining his Renaissance interests with his distinctive style of strong colors and fine detail as shown in this example.
