Father: Thomas Cletcher sr. (? - ca. 1655)
Mother: Tanneken van Breen (? - 1606)
son of Thomas Cletcher the Elder, wine merchant and brother of the mayor of The Hague and jewelery maker Thomas Cletcher / Gletcher the Younger (1598-1666) and Tanneken van Breen (died 1606); married in 1628 in The Hague to Alida van Cattenburgh (died 1679); his aunt Gratia Cletcher was married in 1612 in The Hague to Daniel Mijtens. Daniel and Alida had a daughter Gracia (baptied 20 April 1629).
