A pretty painting by the Japanese born Painter Foussa Itaya. The artist studied in Japan and went on to exhibit all over the world. This city scene along with another we have listed for sale were likely painted in the 1960’s.
The painting is in good condition, but the original frame has some soiling to the velvet surround and losses to the frame, please see the detailed photos.
The painting is signed lower right margin. We have not examined it out of the frame.
