A large-scale 1980s abstract painting on board, rendered in acrylic and sourced in the South of France. The composition floats in a cool, pale ground of sky blue and ivory, punctuated with vivid dashes of crimson, cobalt, and citron. Handwritten text and fine black outlines emerge from the layered surface, adding moments of contrast to the expressive, gestural field. Housed in a burnished giltwood frame.
