Black and gold.
A person with strange shapes sits on a Gavina (sofa with particular form) and opens his zipper.
Beautiful contrast of colors black and gold. The general form is geometric.
By Collignon while his neo-figurative period (1968-2002).
Collignon begin like a figurative painter, he painted his first abstract canvas in 1946 (after a big search about color). He take part of the Cobra movement with Alechinsky, Pol Bury, Jean Dubosq, etc.
He move to Paris in 1951 and found the Art Abstract group in 1952. In 1958 he begin to make some collage (with paper and tissu) the way like the cubists painters do.
In 1968, he starts the neo fugurative, he mixes object and body, reality and abstraction.
