About the Item
Sweet sun drenched Spanish landscape painting. Oil paint on board. This wonderful jewel depicts either harvested wheat or sheaves of hay. Rolling hills and lush green trees in the background. Inscribed on the reverse: Purchased in Spain March 1964. Directly purchased from The Glucksons' daughter from a White Plains, NY home. The framing treatment consists of a simple wood molding, mat and under glass.
The piece has not been inspected out of the frame. Good overall condition with no visible damage. Cosmetic wear to the frame and mat. Fading to the mat board. No visible signature by artist.
The piece's approximate measurements with frame are 14.5" wide x 10.75" high. The approximate sight measurements are 10" wide x 6" high.
