Mountainous landscape with stream by California artist Meyer Straus 1831- 1905. Straus was bon in Germany. He moved to the states and lived in multiple states. Moved to New Orleans at age 41. Ended the later portion of his life in San Francisco. Painted in Yosemite Oregon and Monterey.
