Large still life with vase of red chrysanthemums, oil on canvas, French school, early 20th century, signed lower right Y. Evrard. This large oil on canvas depicts a rich bouquet of red chrysanthemums in a ceramic vase placed on a table next to a pitcher. The flowers are captured in the warm light of sunset, with the last rays of the sun illuminating the scene, made with dense, rich brushstrokes. In a white lacquered wooden frame. Very good condition.
