Painted by accomplished artist Paul MacWilliams, now Philadelphia based, Mr. MacWilliams honed his skills as head of a combat art team in Vietnam. His work is in many collections such as the Library of Congress, the Smithsonian, Pentagon and many Presidential libraries. His works are a reflection of American life, its people and landscapes as well as nostalgic portrayals of everyday life.
