A truly magnificent quality painting and subject matter.
This painting was featured in the 1873 magazine The Aldine and entitled A Dainty Bit. Signed Otto Meyer and dated 1869 lower left.

Frame: 51" high x 41" wide
Provenance: Sothebys, New York (labeled to the reverse)
In overall excellent condition, ready to hang. No damages noted. Recently professionally cleaned.
