Oil on canvas titled "View From the Artists Room" by British artist Herbert Buckley, circa 1940, signed lower right. Recently re-framed. Herbert Buckley is an Impressionist Modern artist. Buckley was a teacher at Woolwich Polytechnic School of Art in the 1930s. He exhibited at the New English Art Club, The Royal Academy and The Coupil Gallery London.
