Mikhail Tkatchenko, (1860-1916) oil on panel, circa 1896. Maritime imperial court painter under both Alexander III and Nicholas II. Painting subject purported to be of the Imperial Russian yacht passing Marseille returning from the inauguration of the Pont Alexandre III in Paris. Dimension: Frame 13.25" W x 9.5" H x 1.75 D. View 8.75" x 5". Provenance: Galerie Amaury Goyet, Aix-en-Provence.
