About the Item
Modernist Mexican oil on stretched canvas of San Miguel de Allende hillside community. Signed lower right in white, P. Garcia. The painting is an impressionistic colorful rendering of a small terraced hillside community on the outskirts of the artists' commune of San Miguel de Allende.
Good overall original condition with no visible surface paint losses, rips, tears or restorations. The framing treatment consists of a chip carved parcel gilt and painted frame. The frame is in very good original condition with minor cosmetic wear due to age.
The overall measurements with the frame are approximately 2" deep x 22" wide x 18" high. The dimensions of the canvas are 14" wide x 10" high.
