The surface has multiple levels and 3 dimensionality with painting on mixed media with wood panel and incorporated shutters. Titled "I Want to See the Light" Signed by artist on back Jeff Pullen Established American artist Jeff Pullen vibrantly captures the modern New York urban experience.
