- An amazing Baroque Period painting named "La Fille Grondé'' (Disobedient daughter) by the renowned painter Paul Emile Destouches (1794-1874). It depicts a family scene with the betrothal of the young lady at the window with 'P.E. Destouches’ signature in the lower right and natural 18th century beautifull craquelure. Canvas: 63 x 79 cm Frame: 81 x 97 cm - A Romanticism Jean-Augustin Franquelin's painting of a scene of a kneeling daughter crying and a mother wiping tears, signed painting, a prominent painter of the École des Beaux-Arts de Paris. Canvas with craquelet, natural from a painting 19th century, showcasing its history and the passage of time. It is a testament to the painting's age, a visual hallmark of its authenticity and age. Jean-Augustin Franquelin (1798–1839) with work at the Palace of Versailles, pupil of Jean-Baptiste Regnault.
