This piece of art is rare because it represents dual portraits
Of the Emperor Napoleon and Queen Josephine in a
Double framed presentation. Each portrait signed on the
Side M Blume. These are finely painted by a known
Artist of the 19 th century. The size noted is for the outer
Frame. The oval paintings are each 4” by 5.5”
Napoleon is painted in full military formal dress and
Josephine is painted in formal attire with diamond crown.
