Abraham Pinto Mendoza
Born in Seville on August 10, 1976. He grew up and currently lives in Utrera.
Artistic Training
Self-taught painter. His artistic inclination began at a very young age through a great vocation for the visual arts (perhaps inherited from his father, a great painting enthusiast) and the need for firsthand experience.
He completed several courses in oil painting, drawing, and mixed media. 2000-2003.
He attended contemporary art seminars and conferences.
He audited classes at the Faculty of Fine Arts, University of Seville. 2004-2005.
He currently continues to enrich his training by studying various advanced techniques and experimenting with plein air painting.
Work
Combines figurative painting with informalist techniques, emphasizing improvisation.
Always inspired by feelings and concerns, he clearly establishes certain conclusions and hallmarks that have perhaps already more forcefully shaped his artistic style.
A clear tendency towards hyperrealism, with a certain aesthetic risk and a strong emphasis on drawing, where light is essential to achieving the volume of forms, and a special interest in the close-up or "macro" of that more immediate reality, finding in it a certain form of his artistic truth.
