About the Item
A beautiful, very meditative and serene pastoral oil on wood board painting of a farmhouse/barn set against a landscape backdrop featuring rolling golden hills and a light blue sky. As we acquired the painting from a Southern California collection we are listing it as a California painting but it could easily be a scene from the Midwest.
The painting is signed and dated (1976) but the artist - Samuel Scott.
Would be a great addition to any pastoral or landscape art collection or make for an eye catching stand alone accent artwork in about any setting.
