The piece measures 57.5" x 43" x 2.5" (the canvas is 50" x 35"); it is presented in its original gold gilt wood frame with cloth lining. It is signed, "Maimon" in the lower left corner and is numbered MAI1007 The painting was purchased for $6,500 from Contemporary Fine Arts Gallery in La Jolla, CA in 1995. #2524 Maimon has a distinct and recognizable style of painting which captures the energy of Parisian street scenes, with masterful lines and inspired strokes of color.
