Circa 1920s. framed antique picture taken of the Connecticut State Prison. The Prison was opened in 1827 and was closed 1962. It also shows the "artifact collections" indicating such things as the first handcuffs being used there. The wood frame is newer. Please note, this item is located in our Scranton, PA location.
