Caroline Kaars Sypesteyn of Berkshire Artisanal is the artist who has created this black-and-white photographic print on linen of a sliced artichoke. Titled "Artichoke." The photographic image is printed on linen saturated in plaster, then sand is added and the image is mounted on to a larger piece of linen, which stretched and stapled from behind on a wood frame. Ready to hang.
