Dramatic art photography still life on watercolor paper.
Purchased in 1990 in NYC; artist is Waco Moore. We love the still life image of a singular pepper in the most beautifully lit moment. Whether this goes into a tiny kitchen in a big city or is incorporated into a gallery wall, it'll make a statement. This stunning image feels abstract in the play of light and dark, with the curvilinear form of the pepper obscured until one sees it from a much closer approach.
Please note that several photos were taken without the acrylic to avoid glare. We love the creamy buff color and texture from the solid wood frame. The effect is as breezy as a white poplin top and a pair of great khakis.
