About the Item

Original US black and white photographic production still for the 1932 film The Sign of the Cross. This still was sent out to newspapers to advertise the re-release. The film was directed by Cecil B. DeMille and starred Fredric March, Claudette Colbert and Elissa Landi This piece is conservation framed in an Obeche wood frame with card mounts and UV Plexiglas glass. The size given is before framing the framed size is 15 1/2 x 3 1/2 inches. This piece would be shipped boxed.
