About the Item
This poster from around 1905 is something extraordinary. It was created by the Art Nouveau artist Carl Schnebel, it was printed by the Hollerbaum
Schmidt art studio in the German capital Berlin, this poster was owned by the German Museum of Arts and Crafts, a stamp is still on the front of the poster. Such early original posters are hard to find on the international market, they have already survived two world wars in Germany. The artist's design is a masterful example of the artistic design of this time. The colors are powerful, the green is lush and the motif invites you to take a summer stroll.
