About the Item
This is a very rare original Italian film poster. This piece was printed in two sheets, and designed to be pasted onto billboards. Therefore only unused examples survived. This poster was designed by one of the maters of Italian poster design Luigi Martinati (1893-1984)
This crime mystery film from 1937 was directed by William Clemens and starred Donald Woods, Ann Dvorak and Anne Nagel.
This poster is for the films first Italian release one year later in 1938.
This poster is conservation linen backed and it would be shipped rolled in a very strong tube.
