Superb first-year-of-release country-of-origin US Subway film poster for Steven Spielberg's seminal 70s Shark chiller Jaws. Roger Kastel's iconic artwork looks particularly impressive on the scale of this Subway poster and without any credits info on this teaser poster.
In the run up to Jaws' blockbuster release in 1975 these subway posters for were printed in three different versions: an undated Advance, a dated Advance and a "Now Playing" style. The design on offer here is the undated Advance style and very likely to be the first poster shown to prospective audiences.
This vintage movie poster has now been professionally linen-backed with light touch-up. It is sized is sized 46 x 59 1/4 inches (plus a little extra with the linen-backing). It will be sent rolled (unframed).
