About the Item
Original US film poster for Schindler's List. Steven Spielberg brilliantly handled the sensitive and difficult subject of the holocaust in this film which was based on the famous novel Schindler's Ark by Thomas Keneally. The film stars Liam Neeson, Ralph Fiennes, Amon Göth, and Sir Ben Kingsley, and won seven Oscars, including Best Director and Best Picture.
This was the last film poster that the legendary designer Saul Bass (1920-1996) created. Unfortunately it was not chosen to be used in the advertising campaign, and therefore only a small number of these posters were printed.
This poster is in near mint condition and unfolded and conservation linen backed. It would reshipped rolled in a very strong tube and sent by Federal Express.
