About the Item

Original US film poster for John Wayne's last film The Shootist 1976. The artwork is by the highly acclaimed illustrator Richard Amsel (1947-1985). The film was directed by Don Siegel. Far fewer of this size poster were printed it was printed on heavier paper stock. This meant that it had to be distributed rolled. Many got folded over time. However, this piece is in its original unfolded condition. This poster is in near mint condition unfolded and conservation paper backed and would be shipped very strong flat pack and shipped by Federal Express
