About the Item

Original Japanese film poster for Teorema 1968 This film was directed by Pier Paolo Pasolini, and stars Silvana Mangano, Terence Stamp and Massimo Girotti. It tells the story of a strange visitor to a wealthy family, who seduces each family member, and then mysteriously leaves. This poster was signed by Terence Stamp, after he had given a talk about this film, at the BFI, London. It is rare for anyone to have an original film poster signed, as the majority of signatures are on pieces of paper, photographs and video/dvd sleeves. It is unusual to have the film's poster with you when you try to obtain signatures. This poster was created for the films first Japanese release in 1970. This poster is unfolded and in excellent condition, with the colour remaining very bright.
