Original French film poster for The Unholy Wife 1957.
This film noir was directed and produced by John Farrow, and stars Diana Dors, Rod Steiger, Tom Tryon and Beulah Bondi. Dors plays Phyllis Hochen, a gold-digger who cheats on her wealthy husband, and then plans to murder him in order to inherit his fortune. The story is told in a series of flashbacks from her prison cell. She really is the unholy wife - half-angel, half-devil! This poster was designed by Roger Soubie (1898-1984)
This poster has been conservation linen backed and would be shipped rolled in a strong tube by Federal Express.
