About the Item

Exceptionally rare original Italian film poster for The Wizard of Oz 1939. Due to World War II The film had its first release in Italy 1949. The art work on this piece is unique to the films Italian release. This piece is conservation linen backed and conservation framed in a Tulip wood frame with card mounts and UV plexiglass. The size given is before framing. The framed size is 25 x 19 1/2 in. (63.5 x 49.5 cm) It would be shipped boxed and sent out by Federal Express.
