Original British front of house still for The Wizard of Oz.
These British front of house stills are the equivalent to Lobby cards in the US.
The film came out in 1939. This still would have been used to advertise the re-release of the film when it was shown for it's 10th anniversary in the 1949. This piece is conservation framed with UV plexiglass in an Obeche wood frame with acid free card mounts. The size given is before framing the framed size is 13 3/4 x 15 3/4 in. This piece would be shipped boxed and sent out by Fed-Ex
