Ancient shows winner Gay Brewer, of the USA, putting. It is hand signed in the lower right and has a small hand drawn pencil golf sketch in the lower left. The piece was published by Frost
Reed of Bristol and London England and printed in Western Germany. Arthur Weaver is considered one of the most respected golf artists in the history depicting courses from all over the world. The print is in very good vintage condition with vibrant color and no tears or pin holes. It will be shipped rolled up in a tube ready for framing. Great gift for any golf fan! Arthur Weaver was probably the leading contemporary Golf Artist of his time. He painted many golfing scenes both in Britain and in the USA. Originals hang at St Andrews and in the USGA museum and many have been successfully reproduced as Limited Edition prints.
