This is a set of 19th century nicely framed and matted monkey engraves by the highly regarded naturalist and artist Nicolas Henri Jacob. There are thirteen total to this study. These are black and white copper engravings that are highlighted in a faux marble matting. The frames are a silver giltwood. They are in very good condition with wear to the back paper on a few. .
