Beautiful pair of antique mid 19th century engravings with original antique gilded wood frame. Both engraved by Jazet Jean Pierre Marie ( France 1788/ 1871 ca.) on different subjects.
- "Louis XV at the battle of Fontenoy" on May 11, 1745 from a work by the painter Emile Jean Horace Vernet made in 1828
- "The Last Day of Pompei" from a work by the painter Frédérick-Henri Schopin made in 1850.
